Designation: Project Director – Samuday & My Clean City HCLFoundation

• Alok Varma is associated with HCLFoundation as Project Director. He leads Samuday – rural development flagship program, and My Clean City – a municipal waste management initiative of the Foundation. Having played key role in conceptualization and creation of these programs, he oversees their strategy and management aspects.
• Alok started his career as a civil servant in the state of Uttar Pradesh and holds a post-graduate diploma in Management from IIM, Lucknow. He has rich experience of giving consultations on various infrastructure and development projects to several state governments, international governments, and international development institutions.
