Priya Nair is the Executive Director & Home Care for Hindustan Lever which is a business of over a billion euros. The Homecare business includes Detergents, Household care and the Water Purifier business with brands like Surf, Rin, Wheel, Vim and Pureit. Priya has over 21 years of experience in consumer marketing and has skills across brand management, customer development, consumer insights and strategy. She has led many brands over the years to strong growths namely Surf, Wheel, Axe, Dove, Close up. Priya has recently been leading ground breaking work in Digital and Rural marketing. She has many awards to her credit and has been featured among the top women marketeers in India and amongst the top twenty five most powerful women in Indian business. She has spearheaded some leading edge Marketing programs that are widely acclaimed both in India and globally, especially in the new age media of Digital : the most notable recent example is creating of Kan Khajura Tesan : A mobile radio service that has over 30 million consumers and winner of three Cannes Gold Lions. She has developed and built HULs perfect village and Rural Marketing program, and has led HUL's Mobile Strategy and HUL Sustainable Living initiatives. She leads the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan for HUL. Has spearheaded for the Swacch Aadhat Swachh Bharat campaign for HUL and HUL & WASH agenda. She has led the team who launched & Haath Munh Bum & campaign for HUL and the & Swachh Basti and Swachhata Doot Program run by HUL for WASH.
